1. GOOGLE MAPS
On this website, map information is provided via the “Google Maps” function of Google (Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). 2. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

3. YOUTUBE VIDEO INTEGRATION

When you call up a page on which a video has been embedded, a connection is established to YouTube’s servers. In doing so, the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser. D. USE OF LINKEDIN PRODUCTS
1. LINKEDIN INSIGHT TAG
This website uses the “LinkedIn Insight Tag”, a conversion tool of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. 3. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING.
The legal basis for processing activities that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures, for the conclusion, fulfillment and execution of the contract is the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Legal basis for processing activities that is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.
The legal basis for processing activities carried out in connection with the management of our business (e.g. contract partner database) and compliance with industry standards is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, which lies in the proper and efficient management of our business and in the management and optimization of the selection of our contract partners (suppliers, cooperation partners, etc.).

5. DURATION OF STORAGE

5. DURATION OF STORAGE
In principle, your data will be stored until the customer inquiry has been processed, insofar as statutory retention obligations do not prevent deletion and we do not need the data in individual cases to defend or enforce legal claims.
In addition, we retain your data beyond the initial contact in the context of our contract partner database. We delete your data if you object to such data processing or if there has been no contact with you for seven years.
V. YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH DATA PROCESSING.

1. REVOCATION OF CONSENT (ART. 7 PARA. 3 DSGVO)

2. RIGHT TO INFORMATION (ART. 15 DSGVO).

3. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION (ART. 16 DSGVO) AND DELETION (ART. 17 DSGVO).
If we process data about you that is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected or completed.
You may also request the deletion of data that has been processed unlawfully.
4. RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING (ART. 18 DSGVO)
